1. 14-Day Risk-Free Trial
All new clinics are provided with a 14-day full feature trial without needing to enter credit card or banking details. No charges are incurred during the trial period.
2. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
If you purchase a monthly or annual paid subscription and decide VaidyaHQ is not the right fit for your clinic within 7 days of payment, contact our billing team at billing@vaidyahq.in for a 100% full refund processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (UPI / Credit Card / NetBanking).
3. Easy 1-Click Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account Settings page (`/settings`). Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
