1. Clinical Decision Responsibility & Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE: VaidyaHQ is a clinical workflow, prescription formatting, and EMR software tool. It is NOT a medical diagnostic system and does not substitute professional medical judgment. All clinical diagnoses, dosage choices, and prescriptions remain 100% the sole responsibility of the registered licensed medical practitioner (per NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines).
2. Practitioner Registration & Identity
To use VaidyaHQ, you must be a qualified medical practitioner registered with the State Medical Council or National Medical Commission (NMC) of India. You agree to provide accurate medical registration credentials on your letterhead settings.
3. Subscriptions, Trial & GST Billing
- 14-Day Free Trial: New clinics receive 14 days of full access without providing payment details.
- Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are exclusive of 18% GST. Tax invoices with your clinic's GSTIN are generated automatically upon billing.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
4. Service Availability & Support
VaidyaHQ targets a 99.9% uptime SLA for prescription generation and WhatsApp dispatch services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
